The Bank of Åland in SwedenIn 2009, the Bank of Åland established operations in Sweden through an acquisition. There are now offices under the Ålandsbanken name in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The office in Stockholm also houses the Head Office for the Bank’s operations in Sweden.
The offices in Sweden specialise in Private Banking and also offer asset management and investment advisory services as well as a wealth of expertise in such fields as financing, closely-held company structures and their tax consequences.
